  Quota  
  Each Member of the Globe Union Reserve Bank is assigned a stock of Supreme Credits according to the Supreme Credit Quota System (SCQS). The quota of Supreme Credits allocated to a Member through SCQS is based on the Member nation's National Balance Sheet (NBS), Gross National Product (GNP), Gross National Consumption (GNC), Gross National Value (GNV) and actuarial projections including population growth and needs for improvements in living standards as defined by the Ucadian Statistical Model. The Supreme Credit Quota System is reviewed every 64 years and may be adjusted to reflect changes in the global economy or changes in economic positions of a Member and/or between other Members.
