| Pactum De Singularis Caelum | ||
| Also known as the Covenant of One Heaven. The highest, most supreme covenant and law of all laws representing a sacred covenant between all men, women and higher order spirits and the Divine Creator concerning Redemption, rule of law and future sustainable prosperity. As the most sacred spiritual object representing nothing less than One Heaven being instanced upon the Earth, the Covenant of One Heaven also represents the most valuable of all possible assets, with a nominal value of three hundred million (300,000,000) Supreme Credits providing one level of asset underwriting to the currency issued by the Globe Union Reserve Bank. | ||
| Performance Criteria | ||
| Macroeconomic indicators such as monetary and budgetary targets that must be met, typically on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, for the member to qualify for certain services of the Globe Union Reserve Bank. Some performance criteria are those necessary to implement specific provisions of the Articles of Agreement. (See also Benchmarks.) |
