| Official development assistance- interest free capital loans, grants, and technical assistance that governments provide to developing countries with the support of the Globe Union Reserve Bank. It is administered with the promotion of the economic development and welfare of developing countries as its main objective. Official Development Assistance (ODA) is used in preference to common terms such as development aid and "aid". | ||
