| Narrow money | ||
| Designation of a narrow measure of the money supply - usually including currency held outside banks and demand deposits. |

| National Balance Sheet (NBS) | ||
| A key financial model used by the bank to assist and manage services to Member nations. The National Balance Sheet (NBS) presents a fair value estimate of the national position of assets, liabilities, income and expenses of a national Member in order to establish the "net worth" position of the nation and its economic health. Unlike traditional debt-based accounting, the National Balance Sheet uses the Ekelos Accounting methods to ensure fair value is determined for such key asset classes as Aggregate Human Capital and Aggregate Bio-Assets as well as liabilities such as Aggregate Bio-Hazard including carbon and all hazardous emissions, land poisoning and water poisoning. | ||
| Non-Member | ||
| A Non-Member, also known as a non-registered Member is any entity that has not yet been issued a valid corporate registration number by the Globe Union and therefore recognized as having a valid living legal personality. By the Charter of the Bank, the Bank may only assist Non-members up until the Day of Redemption. Thereafter an Interdict shall exist preventing the Bank from providing any material existence to any non-registered Member. | ||
| Non-member Accounts | ||
| Accounts established for financial and technical services for non-registered Members, that are consistent with the purposes of the Globe Union Reserve Bank. All operations and transactions involving the non-member Accounts are separate from those of Member Accounts. Non-member Account numbers are usually assigned according to the first agreement or order number issued to the non-member entity. | ||
