  Capital Account  
  A standard component of the balance of payments accounts, usually a shortened term for the capital and financial account referring to (1) capital transfers and acquisition/disposal of non-produced, nonfinancial assets and (2) financial assets and liabilities.
 
   
  Capital Redemption Division (CRD)  
  One of the ten (10) Divisions (departments) of the Globe Union Reserve Bank. The Capital Redemption Division (CRD) of the Bank is the Division responsible for managing the capital redemption requirements of Members.
 
     
  Conditionality  
  Economic policies that Members intend to follow as a condition for the use of resources of the Globe Union Reserve Bank. These are often expressed as performance criteria (for example, monetary and budgetary targets) or benchmarks, and are intended to ensure that the use of Capital is consistent with the adjustment program designed to correct a member’s external payments imbalance and improve economic performance.
 
     
  Consumer price index (CPI)  
  Discredited economic metric seeking to isolate and hide the major factors of inflation within an economy by diverting attention to focusing on the general level of prices of a typical basket of goods and services. The largest contributor to real inflationary pressure in the economy is the charging of interest and growth of debt, not consumer prices. Under the condition that no interest is charged on any instruments provided by the Globe Union Reserve Bank, the credibility of CPI as a measure of inflation will be restored.
 
     
  Convertibility  
  The ability to freely use a currency for international transactions by the residents of any country.
 
   
  Covenant of One Heaven  
  Also known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum. The highest, most supreme covenant and law of all laws representing a sacred covenant between all men, women and higher order spirits and the Divine Creator concerning Redemption, rule of law and future sustainable prosperity. As the most sacred spiritual object representing nothing less than One Heaven being instanced upon the Earth, the Covenant of One Heaven also represents the most valuable of all possible assets, with a nominal value of three hundred million (300,000,000) Supreme Credits providing one level of asset underwriting to the currency issued by the Globe Union Reserve Bank.  
   
  Creditor  
  A lender of Currency, whether it be Asset Underwritten Currency, or Debt Underwritten Currency, through the provision of a loan facility, purchase of a Bond, temporary facilitation of capital allowing for the obligation to be resolved in the future.  
     
  Cross-Conditionality  
  To avoid duplication of requirements by the Globe Union Reserve Bank and agencies of the Globe Union—known as cross-conditionality—there is an understanding that each agency and entity proceed with its financial assistance according to reviewing the full disclosure and existing arrangements on the Public Record consistent with their various Charters and the policies adopted by their respective Executives. The goal and purpose of Cross-conditionality is to ensure that any conditions placed by the Bank are not in conflict with an agency of the Globe Union.
 
   
  Currency  
  Currency is a formal unit and value system of Money. Whilst a number of different systems of currency may be claimed, there are essentially only two (2) types of currency systems, determined by what underwrites the value of the units of currency- Liability Underwritten Currency and Asset Underwritten Currency. All Currencies issued by the Globe Union Reserve Bank are Triple Asset Underwritten Currencies.  
   
  Currency Account  
  A Currency Account is a type of Account held by the Globe Union Reserve Bank for a Member or non-member. There are two (2) types of Currency Accounts - Asset Underwritten Currency Accounts and Liability Underwritten Currency Accounts. Asset Underwritten Currency Accounts are the accounts used for currency underwritten by assets trading at the Sovereign Credit level and below. A Liability Underwritten Currency Account is an account used for the recording of any debt based currency redeemed through being attached to a redeemed Liability Instrument such as a Bond or other Security.  
   
  Currency Exchange Order (CXO)  
  The Bank may issue a Currency Exchange Order (CXO) to any inferior bank from the IMF, World Bank or some lesser bank for delivery of the indicated liability underwritten currency to the Globe Union Reserve Bank, or depositories or agents within seven (7) days of receipt of the CXO for the issuance of equivalent asset underwritten Union Sovereigns currency instruments, unit for unit.  
   
  Capital Redemption Request (CR2)  
  Capital Redemption Request is a formal instrument of the Liability to Asset Currency Exchange Redemption Program (LAXP). It is reserved for registered Member who use a CR2 to request access to some or all of the available capital through their Accounts. The Bank in turn has he right to limit the amount of Capital provided in line with the members fiduciary and economic management obligations.
 
     
  Current Account  
  The record of all transactions in the balance of payments covering the exports and imports of goods and services, payments of income, and current transfers between residents of a country and nonresidents.
