It remains the most secretive arm of the Industrialized debt-based banking Cartel that that has constricted and controlled global finance for more than eighty years. The influence of the BIS had been steadily decreasing over the past two decades as more central banks rejected the constant draconian obligations of the BIS in suppressing real wages growth and growth of wealth in non-industrialized nations. However, the influence of the BIS has returned to pre-eminance with the deliberate collapse of the debt-based currency systems, forcing many central banks into agreements once again with the BIS.
