     How a SADO Works

A Securitized Asset Deposit Order ("SADO") is a formal instrument of the Liability to Asset Currency Exchange Redemption Program (LAXP). It is reserved for issuing an order to an inferior bank such as the IMF, the World Bank, regional reserve or national/corporate treasury to deposit the attached authenticated abstracts of Triple Asset Underwritten Currency Globe Silver Credit securities into their Treasury and make the necessary accounting record in their books reflecting the valid deposit of assets.
The inferior bank then has seven (7) days to acknowledge in writing the valid deposit and then thirty (30) days to surrender the associated liability instruments cancelled by the deposit of equivalent asset value to the Globe Union Reserve Bank to zero out the accounts.

The failure of an inferior bank to properly process a SADO means the inferior bank risks the full liability of the asset value of the SADO instrument as penalty, with the Globe Union Reserve Bank in full rights as a superior provider of Triple Asset Underwritten capital to issue orders to liquidate the inferior bank/treasury.
Why is a SADO so strict an Order?
In spite of the present crisis and collapse of the global debt-based financial system, there are many in positions of authority that may choose to refuse to acknowledge the full validity of the extreme value assets provided.
This refusal to act to assist their own people, their own economies and the duties of the office is to be expected as a combination of lack of knowledge of the Supreme Financial System and possibly continued willful arrogance.
Therefore, while logic should dictate that anyone viewing the credentials and structure of the Supreme Financial System and the Reserve Banks will see the legitimacy of the offer, unless it is clearly demonstrated to possess superior legal standing than any bank or treasury order in the world, many officials may simply ignore the assistance to the determiment of their own people and the world at large.
