| The procedures concerning the function of the Comptroller, the execution of duty of office, the inauguration into office, events relating to the vacancy of office and the death of current and previous office holders shall be defined by this article of the Charter and any amendments passed according to the rules of this Charter. | ||
| 83.2 | Protocols and Standards of the Comptroller | |
| By this Charter, the Members are authorized to forge a formal set of protocols and standards regarding the day to day operation of the office of Comptroller, consistent with the Articles of the Charter. | ||
