| 80.1 | Board of Governors |
|
| The procedures concerning the function of the Board of Governors, the execution of duty of its members, the inauguration into office of members, events relating to the vacancy of office and the death of current and previous office holders shall be defined by this article of the Charter and any amendments passed according to the rules of this Charter. | ||
| 80.2 | Protocols and standards of the Board of Governors | |
| By this Charter, the Members are authorized to forge a formal set of protocols and standards regarding the general operational procedures of the Board of Governors. | ||
| These standards themselves must encompass all specific clauses relating to the function of the Board of Governors and be consistent with the general articles of this Charter. The Protocols and standards must then be approved by a majority vote of all Members. | ||
| 80.3 | Code of Conduct of Governor | |
| A Governor of the Bank, whether temporary or permanent, is expected to maintain the highest integrity and standards of professional conduct in pursuing the interests of the Bank and the Society as a whole. | ||
| Each Governor of the Bank shall be bound by the Code of Conduct of Officials of the Bank and shall be liable for discipline or dismissal if a serious breach of the Code of Conduct can be demonstrated. | ||
| A Governor of the Bank shall be liable for immediate suspension upon any successful case argued through an Inquiry Commission or through such an order given by the Supreme Court of the Society. | ||
| A Governor of the Bank shall be liable for immediate dismissal upon any successful case argued through an Impeachment Commission or through the issue of serious criminal charges given by the Supreme Court of the Society. | ||
| In both cases, the immunity afforded officers of the Bank shall not protect the Governor from prosecution and discipline. | ||
