| All transactions by the Bank, including any Minutes shall be recored into the Public Register and Great Record of the Union as a permanent public record. | ||
| No transaction is permitted to be undertaken by the Bank and not recorded in the Public Register unless the transaction is classified by a Court of the Society under matters of National Security. | ||
