| 48.1 | Officers | |
| All men and women elected to a position by this Charter, or appointed by the Bank by this Charter, whether full-time or part time employed, shall be considered an Officer for the duration of their appointment. | ||
| All Officers of the Bank shall be duty and honor bound to protect this Charter, obey the rules and standards of the Bank and ensure its effective and fair operation. | ||
