| The founding Capital Stock of the Americas Union Reserve Bank shall be forty two billion and twenty two million (42,022,000,000) Globe Silver Credits equal to forty two trillion and twenty two billion (€ 42,022,000,000,000) silver bullion or Euro equivalent. | ||
| Whilst an equivalent value is provided, as a Globe Silver Credit is underwritten by equivalent value in Universal Gold Credits then underwritten by Supreme Credits-the most supreme unit of fiat currency value bestowed by the Divine Creator combined with the united Sovereign labor of all members- no currency has greater value, nor greater legitimate authority. |
