| 21.1 | Seal | |
| By the power and authority of the Charter of the Bank a great seal shall be forged and shall be known as the Great Seal of the Americas Union Reserve Bank . | ||
| It shall be entrusted to the Board of Governors and the Treasury to protect and honor theGreat Seal of the Americas Union Reserve Bank, for its imprint shall represent nothing less than the existence of the authority of the Bank. | ||
| As such, it is only upon the approval of the Board of Governors, the Treasurer and the Comtroller that The Great Seal of the Americas Union Reserve Bank shall be instanced on a document or deed, excepting those documents prescribed as mandatory for the Treasurer, Comptroller and Board of Governors by this Charter. | ||
| 21.2 | Affixing the Great Seal | |
| The Treasury of the Union is to provide for the safe custody of the Seal, which may only be used by the authority of the Bank excepting those documents listed as mandatory for Board of Governors, Treasurer and Comptroller by this Charter. | ||
| Every instrument to which the Seal is affixed is to be signed by either the Comtroller, the Treasurer, or countersigned by at least two members of the Board of Governors or by or by another man or woman appointed by the Union Council for the purpose. | ||
| During the establishment phase of the Bank, all such official seals shall be authorized by one or more of the 1st Notaries of One Heaven. | ||
| The Board of Governors may determine either generally or in any particular case that a signature may be affixed by a mechanical means specified in the determination. | ||
| 21.3 | Certificate Seal | |
| The organisation of the Bank may have one or more duplicates of the Seal which are to be facsimiles of the Seal with the addition on their faces of the words "Certificate Seal" and which are to be known as Certificate Seals. Any certificate for shares, bills, orders, certification, qualification or other financial instruments issued under a Certificate Seal is deemed to be sealed with the Great Seal. |
