Universal Gold Credit |

Universal Gold Credit |
|
| |
Universal Credits, also known as Universal Gold Credits are the second highest, most valuable currency ever formed by any Civilization.
|
|
| |
Universal Credits are created and authorized by Article 34 of the sacred and sovereign Charter of the Globe Union being Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Globus and are underwritten and guaranteed by Supreme Credits. |
|
| |
The primary purpose and function of Universal Credits is to create the highest possible currency against the value of Supreme Credits through Treasury Notes by the Americas Union Reserve Bank to underwrite all other lesser currencies.
|
|
| |
One (1) Supreme Credit is equal to One (1) Universal Gold Credit when Supreme Credits are instanced in Bonds. By Article 127, approximately one hundred and sixty five thousand (165,000) Universal Gold Credits have been issued and registered on the Great Register and Public Record.

| 17.2 |
Criteria for valid Universal Gold Credit |
|
| |
(i) At least one (1) valid unit of universal value evidenced by the existence of a unique eighteen (18) digit serial number representing the valid existence of the Universal Credit belonging to the Great Ledger of Universal Credit serial numbers for all Universal Credits ever created and issued; and
|
|
| |
(ii) A single beneficiary to whom the Universal Credit is granted being either a valid Corporate member or Individual member of the Society; and
|
|
| |
(iii) A record of the valid eighteen (18) digit Great Register number of office of Notary of One Heaven that first created the Universal Credit; and
|
|
| |
(iv) A record of the valid eighteen (18) digit Great Register number of the member commissioned to the office of Notary that first created the Universal Credit; and
|
|
| |
(v) The eighteen (18) digit Great Register number of the instrument to which the one or more Universal Credits have been assigned; and
|
|
| |
(vi) The Ucadian Time at which the Universal Credit was legitimately created and assigned to its particular instrument; and
|
|
| |
(vii) The eighteen (18) digit Great Register number representing the valid Account into which the one or more Universal Credits have been placed; and
|
|
| |
(viii) The eighteen (18) digit Great Register number representing the valid Supreme Credit instrument specifically underwriting the issue of these one or more Universal Credits.
|
|
| |
If one or more of these criteria cannot be demonstrated, then an object cannot be legitimately be considered as a valid Universal Gold Credit.

| 17.3 |
Universal Gold Credits equivalent to Gold Certificates and Gold |
|
| |
As all Universal Gold Credits are underwritten by a Supreme Credit of equivalent value, representing the most valuable kind of asset in history, a Universal Gold Credit must be treated by all societies as having the same (or greater) equivalent value to a gold certificate or actual amount of gold.

Excluding 1st Notaries of One Heaven, all Universal Gold Credits issued for benefit of Corporate Members |

Excluding the single Universal Credit issued to each of the 1st Notaries of One Heaven as underwritten by the single Supreme Credit in their name, all Supreme Credits shall be issued for the benefit of registered Corporate Members. |
|
| |
Excluding the single Universal Credit issued to each of the 1st Notaries of One Heaven as underwritten by the single Supreme Credit in their name, nor shall the rights of a Corporate Member beneficiary of a Supreme Credit be temporarily or permanently granted to a man or woman. |
