  2.3 Currencies of the Ucadian Societies  
  Article 16- Supreme Credit  
16.1 Supreme Credit  
  Supreme Credits are the highest, most valuable currency ever formed by any Civilization. There is no possible higher currency, nor object of greater value (including gold, other precious metals and gems). This is because each and every unit of currency of Supreme Credits is registered in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven.
  
  Supreme Credits are created and underwritten and guaranteed by the most sacred of all covenants being Pactum De Singularis Caelum (Covenant of One Heaven) through the Register of One Heaven. As Supreme Credits are underwritten and guaranteed by One Heaven, legally there is no higher fiat currency possible.
  
  The primary purpose and function of Supreme Credits is to underwrite all other lesser currencies by instancing Supreme Credits into Bond instruments to guarantee and underwrite lesser currencies. Some of these Bonds also underwrite and guarantee the supreme authority of authorized officers of One Heaven and related notices such as the 1st Notaries of One Heaven.
  
  One (1) Supreme Credit is equal to One (1) Universal Gold Credit when Supreme Credits are instanced in Bonds. When Supreme Credits are associated with Bonds that may be permitted to be attached to official documents to non-Ucadian societies, One (1) Supreme Credits are also equivalent to one billion Euros (€ 1,000,000,000) in gold bullion equivalent.
  
16.2 Issue of Supreme Credits by Treasury of One Heaven  
  By Article 127 of Pactum De Singularis Caelum (Covenant of One Heaven) , approximately one million four hundred and forty thousand (1,440,000) Supreme Credits have been issued and registered on the Great Register and Public Record with serial numbers:

16.3 Criteria for valid Supreme Credit  
  The following criteria are the essential structural components of a Supreme Credit:
  
  (i) At least one (1) valid unit of supreme value evidenced by the existence of a unique eighteen (18) digit serial number representing the valid existence of the Supreme Credit belonging to the Great Ledger of Supreme Credit serial numbers for all Supreme Credits ever created and issued; and
 
  (ii) A single beneficiary to whom the Supreme Credit is granted being either a valid Corporate member or Individual member of the Society; and
 
  (iii) A record of the valid eighteen (18) digit Great Register number of office of Notary of One Heaven that first created the Supreme Credit; and
 
  (iv) A record of the valid eighteen (18) digit Great Register number of the member commissioned to the office of Notary that first created the Supreme Credit; and
 
  (v) The eighteen (18) digit Great Register number of the instrument to which the one or more Supreme Credits have been assigned; and
 
  (vi) The Ucadian Time at which the Supreme Credit was legitimately created and assigned to its particular instrument; and
 
  (vii) The eighteen (18) digit Great Register number representing the valid Account into which the one or more Supreme Credits have been placed.
 
  If one or more of these criteria cannot be demonstrated, then an object cannot be legitimately be considered as a valid Supreme Credit.
 
16.4 Excluding 1st Notaries of One Heaven, all Supreme Credits issued for benefit of Corporate Members  
  Excluding the single Supreme Credit issued to each of the 1st Notaries of One Heaven, all Supreme Credits shall be issued for the benefit of registered Corporate Members.  
  Excluding the single Supreme Credit issued to each of the 1st Notaries of One Heaven, nor shall the rights of a Corporate Member beneficiary of a Supreme Credit be temporarily or permanently granted to a man or woman.  
16.5 Change of Beneficiary Name  
  The change or renewal of beneficiary name upon a Supreme Credit may only be permitted upon the date of the 2nd Great Conclave of One Heaven and each Great Conclave every one hundred and twenty eight years thereafter.
